- Article Formatting Guidelines
- Article material - text, including annotations in Kazakh, Russian, and English, reference list, figures, captions to figures and tables, should be formatted in a single file in *.RTF or *.DOCX formats, saved in Microsoft Word version no earlier than 2013 due to differences in Microsoft Word versions that may cause the problem of missing spaces between words. Files saved in other formats are not accepted.
- The materials submitted for publication must meet the following requirements: the manuscript volume of 5-8 pages (review articles 8-10 pages) but no more than 15 pages, font size – 12 (Times New Roman). Margins – top and bottom – 2 cm, left – 3 cm, right – 1.5 cm. Number of figures – 5-10. Line spacing – single; the structure should follow the international IMRaD formula, where I – Introduction, M – Methods, R – Results, A – and, D – Conclusion+ Discussion (conclusion, discussion of results, and conclusions); the manuscript title should be concise and reflect the essence of the work. The use of abbreviations in the title is not allowed. The title must be informative; an abstract is provided at the beginning of the text and must reflect the main key content of the article and the corresponding scientific research: relevance, subject, tasks, objectives, methods, results, conclusions, and suggestions. The abstract must be provided in Kazakh, Russian, English languages and must contain no more than 300 words.
- Keywords – at least 3-5 keywords or short phrases in the language of the article, characterizing the research field. Words and/or phrases are separated by commas. Keywords are written in order of their significance, i.e., the most important keyword of the article should be first.
- Abbreviations and symbols are allowed only if accepted in the international system of units for abbreviating measures, physical, chemical, and mathematical quantities, terms, etc. It is necessary to limit oneself to commonly accepted abbreviations and avoid introducing new abbreviations without sufficient reason. Introduced abbreviations must be deciphered.
- The dimension of all quantities used in the article must correspond to the International System of Units (SI).
- The bibliographic list is provided at the end of the article strictly in the order of mention in the text. Square brackets are used for references to literary sources – [1], [4,5]. The bibliographic description of each source must correspond to the description provided on the back of its title page, year of publication, number of pages. The list of used literature must be presented in the language in which the article is written.
- Graphics and drawings, diagrams, photographs are also duplicated as separate files, where they must be presented in the original format (for example, diagrams in a Microsoft Excel file in a version not older than 2013, and not as an image or picture). Image files must be in raster format (JPEG, TIFF, BMP).
- Each illustration, diagram, drawing must be numbered using continuous numbering from the beginning of the article and must have a subscript or table name.
- All complex formulas in the article must be typed using standard Microsoft Office formula editors, in a uniform format, not exceeding the font size of the main text, placed in the center of the sheet, must be entered into a single-line table with invisible borders and have continuous numbering in brackets after each formula. Formulas should use commonly accepted Latin symbols, including as indices. For example, A + B = C (1).
- The use of scanned illustrations, diagrams, graphs, tables, and formulas is not allowed.
Manuscript Structure
The structure of the article is strictly arranged in the following order:
Information about authors, including the surname, first name, and patronymic of each author - in full, academic degree, position, place of work/study, email address in Russian, Kazakh, and English.
Article title - centered, in bold and uppercase letters
Abstract - no more than 300 words
Keywords - at least 3-5 words
The full text of the article, corresponding to the international IMRAD formula (formatted in the language of the article).

The list of used literature in strict numerical order in the language of the article and common English transliteration with the translation of the titles of literary sources into English.
Mandatory accompanying documents:
- The full text of the manuscript of 6-8 (no more than 15) pages, including article components: reference lists in the original language and in Latin script, annotations, and keywords in the language of the manuscript and in English translation, fully formatted according to the requirements in Word and PDF environments.
- Information about authors in Kazakh, Russian, and English. For foreign authors in English.
- On a separate page after the article:
- Authors' contacts: Full name - mobile, work, and home phones, email address, full postal address (for payment for mailing).
- Contact details of the author who will make the payment: Surname and initials, TIN, mobile, work and home phones, e-mail, full postal address with zip code (for contract preparation).
- Title of the article, initials and surname of the authors - in lowercase letters in three languages (Eng, Rus, Kaz).
